DUSHANBE, November 27, Asia-Plus --The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a bill on architecture and town-planning at a November 26 meeting presided over by its speaker Saydullo Khairulloyev.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board also considered bills on seed growing and protection and use of fauna.
The board also considered and endorsed amendments to the laws on holidays and public associations as well as the land code.
The board also discussed a government-to-government agreement between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan on visa-travel for citizens.
Some of these issues will be considered at a regular sitting of the fourth session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the third convocation on November 28, the spokesman said.
