DUSHANBE, July 3, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmon today sent a telegram of congratulations to his Belarus counterpart, President Aleksandr Lukasheno, on the occasion of Belarus’ Independence Day, according to presidential press service.
In his message, President Rahmon, in particular, noted that Tajikistan values firm and long traditions of friendship that tie the two peoples and countries.
The Tajik head of state expressed confidence that through joint efforts they will be able to bring bilateral cooperation between the two countries to qualitatively new level. He noted that Tajikistan is ready to expand mutually beneficial cooperation in the interest of both countries and peoples.
