DUSHANBE, July 9, 2008, Asia-Plus -- On July 8, President Emomali Rahmon sent a telegram of condolences to his Afghan counterpart, President Hamid Karzai, over Monday’s devastating bombing that killed 41 people and wounded
The telegram, in particular, said that the Tajik people was shocked to know about the tragic incident causing numerous casualties.
This incident points once again to the necessity of conducting relentless fight against terrorism, President Rahmon stressed in his message.
The Tajik head of state also expressed his deep condolences to the families and friends of those who had been killed in the bombing.
