DUSHANBE, September 30, 2008, Asia-Plus  -- Government has considered and endorsed a draft law on the national budget for 2009.

The government session, presided over by President Emomali Rahmon, was held on September 30.    

According to presidential press service, the session discussed some 40 issues, including personnel appointments, as well as considered and endorsed a number of bills.    

The session, in particular, endorsed the national budget for 2009 that was submitted for consideration to parliament.  

The session also heard the report by the Sughd governor reported on socioeconomic situation and approved internal migration procedure regulations and the draft program of state borrowings for 2009-2011, the press service said.
