DUSHANBE, December 10, 2008, Asia-Plus  - The 17th session of the upper house (Majlisi Milli) of the third convocation will be held in Dushanbe on December 18, Shavkat Saidov, an aide to the Majlisi Milli speaker for media and NGOs affairs, said in an interview with Asia-Plus.

According to him, the session will consider the law on state social order and amendments to the laws on prosecutors, holidays, state duty, and support for population employment.

The session will also consider a number of other laws related to socioeconomic and cultural life of the country, the aide said.
