DUSHANBE, January 29, 2009, Asia-Plus - By president’s decree of January 29, Mahmadnazar Solehov was relieved of his post of minister of interiors, according to presidential press service.
He was replaced by Abdurhim Qahhorov, who had previously served as chief of the Sughd police directorate.
