DUSHANBE, January 29, 2009, Asia-Plus -- By president’s decree of January 28 Tohi Jobirov, former head of one of departments within the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, was appointed as first deputy director of the Agency, replacing Alimurod Mahmadaliyev, according to presidential press service.
As it had been reported earlier, Mahmadaliyev on November 21, 2008 was appointed to head Tajik state air company, Tajik Air.
By other president’s decree Anvar Taghoymurodov, who had previously been chief of special department within the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, was appointed as deputy director of the Agency, replacing Jurakhon Kabirov. Kabirov was dismissed in connection with transfer to other job.
