DUSHANBE, April 1, 2009, Asia-Plus  -- President Emomali Rahmon has urged to organize a three-shift work of industrial enterprises with warm weather coming, according to presidential press service.

He remarked this at a March 31 cabinet meeting in Dushanbe.  Speaking at the meeting, Rahmon noted it was possible to organize a three-shift work of industrial enterprises as warm weather had come and electricity rationing had been abandoned in the country.

Heads of ministers and departments were charged to economically use budgetary fund and reduce expenditures on public management personnel.

Rahmon also pointed to the necessity of speeding up the pace of the sowing campaign, construction of small hydropower plants, as well as exploration and development of natural-gas fields in the country.
