DUSHANBE, August 5, 2009, Asia-Plus -- By order of the minister of interiors a number of staff changes have been introduced to the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
Colonel Mahmadsaid Saidov, formerly Khatlon police directorate chief, was appointed to head the traffic police directorate, replacing Khoujamurod Kholov.
Lieutenant-Colonel Abdurahmon Buzmakov, who had previously served as chief of the MoI criminal investigation department, was appointed to head the Khatlon police directorate.
Besides, Colonel Anvar Taghoymurodov was appointed chief of the MoI directorate for combating organized crime.
