DUSHANBE, October 19, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Saydullo Khairulloyev, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament), today received Kazakhs Ambassador to Tajikistan Abutalibp Akhmetov.
According to Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, the two discussed prospects of further expansion of parliamentary cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, noting that expansion of cooperation between the parliaments would promote strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Akhmetov, in particular, noted that he will do all in his power to promote expansion of bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation between the two fraternal states in all directions, the spokesman said.
