DUSHANBE, October 28, 2009, Asia-Plus -- 22 new facilities will be put in commission in Dushanbe by Tajikistan’s Constitution Day, which is marked on November 6, Shavkat Saidov a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office, said in an interview with Asia-Plus.
According to him, some 79 million somoni have been spent for construction the new facilities, which include new school to accommodate 1,296 pupils, a number of apartment buildings, brickworks, trade center, etc.
