DUSHANBE, November 16, 2009, Asia-Plus - President Emomali Rahmon today morning had telephone conversations with Khatlon governor Ghaybullo Avzalov as well as chairmen of the districts of Vakhsh, Qumsangir, Qubodiyon, Bokhtar, Shahritus, Rumi, Jomi, Khuoroson, Jilikul and Nosir Khusrav to discuss the implementation of president’s decree on additional measures to ensure the economic consumption of electric power, according to presidential press service.
Khatlon administrators reported on the process of providing the nationwide switch to energy-saving light bulbs in the province and implementation of the local budget for 2009.
