DUSHANBE, March 30, 2010, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmon on Monday extended condolences over the two deadly metro blasts in Moscow, according to Tajik presidential press service.
In a telegram to his Russian counterpart, Dmitry Medvedev, Rahmon, in particular, noted that that inhuman action confirmed once again the necessity of close interaction to fight terrorism and extremism.
Tajik leader also asked to convey his condolences to families and friends of those who had been killed by those deadly blasts.
