DUSHANBE, August 24, 2010, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmon today attended an official ceremony of opening of a new school in Hamadoni district, Khatlon province.
Speaking at inaugurating ceremony, Rahmon noted that the government has allocated 1.3 billion somoni for enhancement of the education sector this year, which is 35 times more than ten years ago, according to presidential press service.
8.707 million somoni have been allocated from the national budget for construction this school that will accommodate 704 pupils.
