DUSHANBE, August 25, 2010, Asia-Plus -- Five ambulances will be purchased for a new health center in Farkhor district by the end of this year, according to presidential press service.
President Rahmon remarked this yesterday while inaugurating the health center. He ordered to allocate funds necessary for the purchase of the ambulances from presidential fund.
The modern two-story health center that was officially commenced in Farkhor district yesterday had been built and provided with modern medical equipment due to funds allocated from the national budget.
500,000 somoni have been spent for the purchase of modern medical equipment alone, the press service said. 150 people, including 32 physicians of higher category, will work with the center.
