DUSHANBE, September 2, 2010, Asia-Plus -- By government’s decree Mansourjon Umarov, formerly chief of the guard directorate within presidential security service, has been appointed the first deputy chairman of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), replacing Qosim Ghafarov, according to presidential press service.
Qosim Ghafarov, Akhtamsho Sayidashrafov and Khurshed Khayrakov were relieved of their posts of deputy chairmen of GKNB.
