DUSHANBE, November 18, 2010, Asia-Plus -- A November 17 government session, presided over by President Emomali Rahmon, considered issues related to the winter crow sowing campaign and preparations for winter, according to the presidential press service.
The meeting participants included heads of relevant ministries and departments as well as senior representatives from president’s office.
The president demanded at the meeting that adequate measures should be taken to provide the public and education and health facilities with electric power and natural gas during autumn-winter 2010-2011. Rahmon also pointed to the necessity of economic use of electric power.
