Yesterday, May 29, Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon sent his congratulatory telegram to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliev on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two states.
As reported by the President’s press service, E.Rahmon noted that the two countries have managed to create a fundamental basis for interstate relations, set up the intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation and continue to strengthen cultural and humanitarian links between the two states and expand bilateral political dialogue, including that at the highest level.
In his congratulatory message Mr.Aliev stressed that Azerbaijan will continue to expand political, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other ties with Tajikistan.
