DUSHANBE, January 3, 2013, Asia-Plus  -- President Emomali Rahmon has introduced a number of staff changes.

According to the president’s official website reported, Sherali Jononov, who had previously served as head of the MFA Legal and Contract Services Department, was appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, replacing Zubaydullo Zubaydov.

Zubaydullo Zubaydov was appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Kuwait.

Zohir Saidov, formerly Counselor of Tajik Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan was appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan.

Today, president also signed decrees on opening of Tajik embassies in Kuwait and Qatar.

Besides, Nematullo Inoyatov, formerly head of the Procurement and Monitoring Section at President’s Executive Office, was appointed chairman of the Ayni district, Sughd province replacing Rustam Rahmatov.

Rustam Rahmatov was appointed chairman of the Zafarobod district, Sughd province replacing Homidjon Bohirov.

Homidjon Bohirov was appointed to head the Department for Construction and Architecture at President’s Executive Office.

Amirkhoja Ghoibnazarov, formerly chairman of Tajikistan’s High Economic Court was appointed head of the Control Department at President’s Executive Office.

Qurbonali Rahmonov, formerly Adviser to the President for Science and Modern Technologies Issues, was appointed to head the Information Analysis Department at President’s Executive Office.
