DUSHANBE, January 14, 2013, Asia-Plus  -- An enlarged government session to review the results of the past year’s work will take place tomorrow and the president usually introduces serious staff changes at this meeting.

Many local experts, however, consider that that there ought not to expect any serious staff reshuffles during the meeting.

They note that the presidential election will take place in the country in the fall of 2013 and the president will not introduce serious staff changes before the election.

Under the country’s legislation, the government resigns after new president is elected and President Emomali Rahmon will not make serious staff reshuffles before the election, the experts say.

Meanwhile  a source in the government says the president plans to hear reports of ministers and regional administrators on the results of work carried out in 2012 at tomorrow’s meeting and the meeting may last for two days.
