DUSHANBE, February 21, 2013, Asia-Plus  -- By president’s decree Faromouz Imomberdiyev was appointed mayor of Khorog, the capital of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), replacing Ibroimbek Ghozibekov, the Tajik president’s official website reports.

Ibroimbek Ghozibekov was relieved of his post of mayor of Khorog in connection with transfer to other job.

Besides, Yusuf Sultonnoyobov was appointed chairperson of the Roshtqala district in Gorno Badakhshan, replacing Amonsho Navrouzshoyev.
