DUSHANBE, November 18, 2013, Asia-Plus -- The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower house (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament discussed amendments proposed by the government to the country’s administrative code at a November 18 meeting, presided over by its head, Shukurjon Zuhurov.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, says the amendments, in particular, provide for responsibility for non-observance of rights of minors when producing, placing and spreading advertising materials.
The board also considered the bills requiring amendments to the country’s laws on prosecutor’s offices and the national budget for 2013.
