DUSHANBE, November 19, 2013, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmon has introduced a number of staff changes.
By president’s decree Qodir Qosim was relieved of his post of governor of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) and appointed to head the State Committee on Investments and State-owned Property Management (GosKomInvest), replacing Davlatali Saidov, a spokesman for the president, Abdufattoh Sharipov, said.
Davlatali Saidov was reportedly appointed State Advisor to the President for Economic Issues, replacing Matloubkhon Davlatov.
Shodikhon Jamshedov, formerly head of the Shugnan district in the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region, was appointed head of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
Aziz Giyoyev was appointed head of the Shugnan district in the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
Khudoyor Khudoyorov was appointed head of the Rushan district in the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region, replacing Ms. Qobilamo Ghulomshoyeva.
