DUSHANBE, November 27, 2013, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmon reshuffled a number of regional administrators in the southern province of Khatlon on November 27.
Davlatsho Gulmahmadov, formerly mayor of the city of Tursunzoda, was appointed acting governor of Khatlon province, replacing Ghaybullo Afzal, who was retired for age reasons.
Mirali Sangov was appointed mayor of the city of Norak, replacing Homid Abdulloyev, who was also retired for age reasons.
Ms. Rano Mirzoyeva was appointed acting chairperson of the Farkhor district, replacing Qurbonboy Karimov.
Qodir Valiyev was appointed acting chairman of the Mir Said Ali Hamadoni district, replacing Khojamurod Fazlididnov.
