DUSHANBE, December 16, 2014, Asia-Plus -- By president’s decree Abdujabbor Rahmonov, formerly Rector of Tajik State Teachers’ Training University named after Sadriddin Ayni, has been appointed Presidential Adviser for Social Development Issues and Public Relations.
Rahmonov replaced Saidmurod Fattohzoda, who was elected the first deputy chairman of the Tajik ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) at the PDP congress that took place in Dushanbe on December13.
By government’s decision Nosir Salimov, who had previously worked as Director of the National Library of Tajikistan, was appointed Rector of Tajik State Teachers’ Training University named after Sadriddin Ayni.
Doctor of Sciences in Philology Sayfiddin Nazarzoda was appointed to head the National Library of Tajikistan.
