DUSHANBE, October 15, 2015, Asia-Plus -- Draft laws proposing amendments to 14 laws have been tabled to the agenda of today’s regular sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of house) of the fifth convocation, an official source at the Majlisi Namoyandagon told Asia-Plus in an interview.
Among them are amendments proposed to the country’s laws on insurance of deposits of physical entities, licensing system, state duty, registration of acts of civil status, rural local self-governance, etc.
Amendments proposed by the government to the family code, the civil procedure code, the economic procedure code, the administrative code, the penal code and the code on execution of criminal penalties have also been tabled to the agenda of today’s sitting, the source said.
