DUSHANBE, January 27, 2016, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmon has reshuffled Tajik diplomats in a number of countries.
Tajik president’s official website reports that by president’s decree Tajik Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Erkin Qosimov was retired for age reasons.
Erkinkhon Rahmatullozoda, formerly Presidential Adviser for International Affairs, was appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Representative of Tajikistan to NATO, replacing Rustamjon Soliyev.
Sharifi Azamsho Latifzoda, formerly Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, was appointed Presidential Adviser for International Affairs.
Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Germany Maliksho Nematov was also appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Poland.
Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Egypt Nozir Khusrav was also appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Ethiopia.
