DUSHANBE, March 29, 2016, Asia-Plus – By president’s decree Parviz Davlatzoda, who had previously served as Deputy Foreign Minister, was appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, replacing Rashid Alimov.
We will recall that Rashid Alimov was appointed the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) on January 1, 2016.
