DUSHANBE, July 1, 2016, Asia-Plus – By president’s decrees Tajikistan’s ambassadors to Turkey and Turkmenistan have been retired.
Farrukh Sharipov was relieved of his post of Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Turkey in connection with transfer to other job.
Mahmadali Rajabiyon was appointed new Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Turkey.
Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Turkmenistan Mahmoudjon Sobirov was retired for age reasons.
Meanwhile, Sharifjon Jumazoda, who had previously served as Chairman of Hisor District, was appointed Mayor of Hisor City since Hisor was given city status.
Besides, Ilhomjon Oymuhammadzoda was appointed Director of the Institute of Geology and Seismology of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, replacing Yunus Mamadjonov.
