President Emomali Rahmon has called on Tajik youth to protect national interests.
Emomali Rahmon congratulated Tajik youth on Youth Day, which is marked in Tajikistan on May 23.
In his address, the head of state, in particular, noted that the government considers youth a powerful force for progress and development of the country and takes all necessary measures to create worthy condition for their development.
The president emphasized that Tajik youth have made a worthy contribution to strengthening of the country’s independence and construction of regional and national facilities.
Rahmon called on Tajik youth to improve their political knowledge and be vigilant in protecting of national interest.
Youth Day has been marked in Tajikistan since 1997.
