Meanwhile, an official source within the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan told Asia-Plus Monday afternoon that Ms. Bunafsha Faiziddinzida has been appointed to head the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs, replacing Ms. Hilolbi Qurbonzoda.

Levakant (Kalininabad until February 1996, Sarband until January 2018) is a city in south-west Tajikistan. It is part of Khatlon province, located just east of Khatlon’s capital, Bokhtar, and about 120 kilometers south of Dushanbe.
