As part of his working visit to the northern province of Sughd, President Emomali Rahmon commissioned the Sino Medical enterprise in the city of Istaravshan on November 17.

The Tajik president’s official website says the new industrial facility was constructed by the local businessman Ikrom Nabiyev within the framework of the implementation of the fourth national goal - rapid industrialization of the country.

The field of activity of the enterprise is the production of medical goods, including syringes and drip systems for medicals, and the products are produced in different shapes and sizes.

The company's technological lines are produced by the most prestigious global companies, and its design capacity is 60 million syringes and one million drip systems per year.

A workshop for the production of polyethylene bags also operates for the packaging of final products.  The production process is carried out by 60 local specialists in compliance with the requirements of domestic and foreign standards. The company's products are import substitutes and provide citizens access to such medical goods. 

On November 18, Emomali Rahmon reportedly inaugurated Nazar LLC poultry breeding enterprise at the town of Ghafourov, Bobojon-Ghafourov district.

This enterprise was reportedly constructed at the initiative of local businesswoman Karomat Nazarova with the cost of more than 11 million somonis, providing 50 people with well-paid jobs.

The production process at this enterprise includes almost all stages of poultry breeding, and about 270,000 chicks are taken from one hatchery through hatchery breeding.  Further, the breeding of chickens is mainly focused on meat production.

At this enterprise, the production of mixed bird feed is also established, and its production capacity is equal to 5 tons per hour.

This company has effective activity in the cities of Dushanbe, Khujand and Bobojon-Ghafourov district, employing more than 150 people.

Yesterday, the head of state also commissioned the State Institution of a special sports school for football in Isfisor rural community of Bobojon-Ghafourov district.

According to the Tajik president’s official website, the foundation work on this sports facility started in March 2023 and was completed on an area of 7 hectares in a period of more than one year with the involvement of almost 30 local builders in accordance with the requirements of the time.

This facility consists of a large 7,000-seat stadium, a sports field, offices, changing rooms and a meeting hall for 40 people.
