DUSHANBE, July 16, 2014, Asia-Plus – More than 179 kilograms of narcotics were burnt in a special narcotic-burning incinerator of the Drug Control Agency (DCA)’s office in Sughd on July 15, according to the Drug Control Agency (DCA) press center reports.
A totaled reportedly included more than 9 kilograms of heroin, more than 12 kilograms of raw opium and more than 156 kilograms of hashish.
The drugs were reportedly confiscated in the course of 2013-2014 and they were burnt in the presence of representatives of law enforcement and judicial bodies, and media, the source said.
