DUSHANBE, February 2, 2015, Asia-Plus – A resident of the Roudaki district has reportedly been detained with explosive in Dushanbe.
The Interior Ministry’s website reports that a 34-year-old resident of the Roudaki district, Zafar Bouriyev, was arrested in Dushanbe on February 1 on suspicion of illegal keeping of explosives.
A plastic container and two packages of gunpowder weighing 4.254 kilograms were confiscated from him.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted an investigation is under way, the source said.
