DUSHANBE, April 29, 2015, Asia-Plus – An operation carried out by police in Khatlon’s Hamadoni district on April 28 led to the arrest of two drug peddlers, the Interior Ministry’s website reports.

12.8008 kilograms of heroin were reportedly found hidden in Mercedes.

On the same day, a resident of Sughd’s Spitamen district was detained on suspicion of being involved in drug pushing.  A package of narcotic drug that tested positive to hashish weighing one kilogram was confiscated from him.      

Besides, a resident of the southern city of Kulob was arrested on April 28 on suspicion of drug pushing.  170 grams of heroin and 320 grams of cannabis were found in his house.
