DUSHANBE, July 13, 2015, Asia-Plus -- The Drug Control Agency (DCA) press center reports the drug control offices have seized nearly 192 kilograms of drugs over the past three days.
Khoushnoud Rahmatulloyev, a spokesman for Tajik counternarcotics agency, says operations carried out in Dushanbe and Khatlon province have led to the seizure of 191.948 kilograms of drugs.
A totaled reportedly included 98.658 kilograms of raw opium, 76.985 kilograms of cannabis and 16.305 kilograms of hashish.
Two Tajik nationals have been arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking and drug control officers are taking measures to detain two other Tajik nationals and two Afghan nationals involved in the crimes mentioned above, Rahmatulloyev said.
