DUSHANBE, February 8, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Operations of the Central Department Store (TSUM), which is one of Dushanbe’s oldest stores, have been suspended following a ruling by the Dushanbe Economic Court. TSUM has been sealed today morning.
Representatives of the Dushanbe Economic Court have confirmed this information. They, however, refrained from giving further details of the case.
In the meantime, according to some sources, a group of merchants running shops at TSUM are gathering outside the Dushanbe Economic Court building.
