DUSHANBE January 31, 2012, Asia-Plus  -- By Dushanbe mayor’s decree a plot of land of 1.5 hectares will be allotted in the Zarafshon area for construction of a new modern market.

Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office, says the limited liability company, Story-Kompleks, has been granted the contract for the construction of the market.

The document notes that if the company does not begin the construction of the market within the next three years, the agreement will be annulled.
