KHUJAND, August 16, 2012, Asia-Plus -- Qohir Rasoulzoda, the governor of the Tajik northern Sughd province, yesterday left for Kyrgyzstan’s Batken region for a two-day working visit.
According to the Sughd regional administration, issues related to cultural ties and cross-border cooperation between the two regions are figuring Rasoulzoda’s discussions with Kyrgyz regional administrators.
The previous meeting of regional administrators of Sughd ad Batken took place in Batken on June 16-17 this year.
