DUSHANBE, March 13, 2013, Asia-Plus -- Embassy of Japan in Dushanbe in cooperation with Tajik State Institute of Languages named after S. Ulughzoda conducted Annual Japanese Speech Contest on March 13.
Mr. Akiko Sato, Second Secretary of the Embassy of Japan welcomed everybody and noted that she was happy to see many students learning Japanese language.
According to Japan’s Embassy, the students of the Tajik State Institute of Languages as well as the pupils from Tajik-Russian gymnasium, Hotam PV, participated at the contest.
The contest is conducted every March and this time it was the 17th contest, in which the students reportedly made their own theme and every speech were judged by Japanese native speakers.
At the end of the speech contest, the students with high marks were awarded certificates and gifts.
