DUSHANBE, September 18, 2013, Asia-Plus – On Tuesday September 17, President Emomali Rahmon attended an official ceremony of introduction of an innovative driving school and autodrome into operation in Khujand, the capital of the northern Sughd province.
According to the president’s official website, construction of this innovative center has been financed by a group of Tajik entrepreneurs and a total cost o the project is more than 15 million somoni. The center has reportedly created more than 200 new jobs.
The Khujand innovative driving school is the third of a series of such centers constructed by the mentioned entrepreneurs in the country.
The first two innovative driving schools have been built in Qurghon Teppa, the capital of Khatlon province and Dushanbe.
Similar innovative driving schools and autodromes are expected to be built in the near future in Dushanbe, Istaravshan, Konibodom, Kulob and Zaravshon Valley as well.
