According to Izvestiya , a Russian newspaper, a 100 thousand person rally might be held in Moscow in October.
The protesters are planning on demanding the prosecution of employers and owners of Moscow markets for using Tajiks’ “slave labor” and not paying their salaries.
As Karamat Sharipov, the head of the Tajik Labor Migrants NGO told the newspaper, the diaspora is preparing an application for the Mayor’s Office in order to sanction the rally.
