DUSHANBE, September 25, 2014, Asia-Plus -- The first private Technical College has opened its doors to students in Khujand, the capital of Sughd province.
An official source at the Khujand mayor’s office says the College has nine classes, three laboratories and library. Each of classes is provided with an electronic blackboard.
More than twenty skilled teachers reportedly work with the College, which will offer three-year and three-month training courses.
“The College will train students to be technician-economist, technician-technologist, technician-programmer, confectionery technologist, food technologist, and technician-builder,” said the source. “Besides, the College offer a three-month waiter training course.”
