Dushanbe. 25 August. “Asia Plus” -- In the Kulyab city of Khatlon region today began a week-long summer school program "The motivation of migrant communities’ children for the education."
The organizers of the summer school is a Mission of the International Organization for Migration in Tajikistan in cooperation with the social organization "Calida Donish" ("The key of knowledge"), the American Corner in Kulyab.
60 students from 6-9 forms of Kulob schools were selected as the participants for the summer school. The project represents the rest and study of the basic rights and duties of a child, familiarization with the basic laws on education, the discussion of the importance of education, plans for the future, interactive games, guided tours, the basics of photojournalism. "The Summer School is primarily opened for the local children. The goal is to help children to motivate the importance of education and to prepare participants for the new academic school year. All participants will get presents - stylish backpacks filled with school stationery for study, "- said in statement prevalence.
The basic principle of the summer school is education without "forcing", only through motivating the importance of education through children''s hobbies, through the immersion in the world of creativity. The coaches of Summer School have arranged their activities so that to use the maximum of children`s creative potential, to expand their horizons, to carry out the harmonious development of the child''s personality. Creativity, imagination, interactive games are exactly the "bricks" that form the basis for the pedagogical work in the Summer School.
