The SRP DevCon 2024 conference was held at the Khujand-based Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi (KhPITTU) on December 7.  Organized by Silk Road Professionals in collaboration with .NET Community Tajikistan, the event marked a significant milestone for the regional IT community and commemorated the 10th anniversary of Silk Road Professionals.

250 participants share knowledge and experience

This was the third successful SRP DevCon, following previous conferences in 2021 and 2023. It underscores the sustained growth and development of the IT community in the region.

The conference was structured into two main sections: industry talks and technical presentations, providing a comprehensive view of both the business and technical facets of the IT industry.

SRP DevCon 2024 gathered over 250 participants, including IT professionals, developers, and students passionate about technology. Guests from neighboring Uzbekistan also attended, making it a regional hub for exchanging ideas, expertise, and insights on modern IT trends.

Key topics included the evolution of technology, the intersection of IT companies and education, developer skill enhancement tools, team-building strategies, and innovations in .NET 9.

Participants gained not only theoretical knowledge but also practical tools applicable to their work. Real-life case studies on implementing new technologies and tools were demonstrated, showcasing effective solutions. The Q&A sessions with speakers after their presentations added further value to the experience.
