DUSHANBE, March 31, 2016, Asia-Plus – The Club of Experts on Modern Afghan Problems plans to hold six roundtable discussions in Dushanbe before the end of this year, according to the Center of Afghanistan and Regional Studies, under which the Club was created.
The Center of Afghanistan and Regional Studies is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting study of modern Afghan problems.
To-date, the Club has reportedly held three roundtable discussions. The Club experts, in particular, discussed the following subjects: Afghanistan: Taliban, ISIL and Prospects of Peace in the Region; Tajikistan-Afghanistan Trade and Economic Cooperation; and Geopolitical Dimensions of the Afghan Conflict.
The next roundtable is expected to be held next month.
