On Friday November 13, Russia officially confirmed a new one-day record of 21,983 coronavirus cases and 411 coronavirus-linked deaths over the past day, according to The Moscow Times news portal.
Russia reported 22,983 new infections, pushing the overall total to 1,880,551 (+1.2%) as of the morning of November 13. The previous record daily rise was 21,798 cases on November 9.
New cases were reported in 85 regions of the country. The situation is the hardest in Moscow (+5,974), where new restrictions to business operation have been announced. Moscow is followed by St Petersburg (+1,756), Moscow oblast (+760) and Nizhny Novgorod oblast (+433).

1,406,903 coronavirus patients have reportedly recovered in the Russian Federation as of the morning of November 13.
