Tajik citizens traveling to Russia must now navigate new entry procedures introduced on June 30.  The Russian government has launched a system requiring foreign visitors to submit an electronic travel notification before arrival.  Based on guidance from the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe, here’s what travelers need to know.
