DUSHANBE, May 16 2011, Asia-Plus --The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament discussed a bill requiring amendments to the RT Law “On the National Budget for 2011” at a May 16 meeting, presided over by the Majlisi Namoyandagon speaker Shukurjon Zuhurov.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said the board also considered a bill on amendments to the country’s law on the non-state pension funds as well as the issue of ratification of an interstate agreement on interaction between the CIS nations in ensuring safeguarding persons liable to state guarding.
According to him, these issues will be considered at the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the fourth convocation that will take place on May 18.
