DUSHANBE, July 1, 2011, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmon introduced a number of staff changes at a June 30 meeting reviewing the results of the past six months’ work, the presidential press service reports.
Shodikhon Yusufbekov was appointed director of the Khorog Institute of Humanities of the Academy of Sciences.
Rahim Masov was appointed director of the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography of the Academy of Sciences.
Zarullo Rahmonov was appointed to head the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences.
Hikmat Muminov was appointed director of the Institute of Applied Physics of the Academy of Sciences.
Besides, Nazarali Kholov was appointed member of the Board of the State Committee for Land Management, Geodesy and Cartography, and Gulchehra Abdulloyev and Murod Mahmoudov were appointed members of the Board of the Main Directorate for State Secrets Protection under the Government of Tajikistan.
